Potter County Deputies arrested Frederick Dion Adams, age 45 Monday at 8:25pm in the 1100 block of Bluebell for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Sheriffs arrested 50-year-old James Thiep Angui Monday at 2pm in the 900 block of South Polk for Driving While Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest and a City Charge. PC-SO arrested Brandon Denbo, age 44 Monday at 8pm at Mile Marker 57 on I-40 for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-2. Deputies arrested 32-year-old Justin Edgin Monday at 12:45pm in the 2000 block of South Western for a City Charge, Resisting Arrest and Harassment of a Public Servant.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 31-year-old Michael Mendoza Espinoza Monday at 4:10pm in the 900 block of South Polk for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. Potter County Detention Center inmate Reba Lynn Jones, age 69 was charged Monday with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense. Bond was set at $500 for 37-year-old Ryan Anthony Lavigne who was arrested Monday at 12noon in the 600 block of North Monroe for Assault on a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation, a City Charge and a JP Charge. Deputies arrested 42-year-old John Wayne Moss Monday at 3:02pm at I-40 and Grand for a City Charge, three JP Charges and an Out-Of-County Charge, bond was set at $1,500.
Potter County Detention Center inmate Jesus Jaime Nieto, age 48 was charged Monday with Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Person with Intent for Bodily Injury and a City Charge. PC-SO picked up 40-year-old Marie Renee Ortez Monday at 3pm in the 1200 block of North Grand for a Parole Violation. Deputies arrested Daniel Matthew Valles, age 23 Monday afternoon at 1:20 in the 3900 block of Westlawn for Theft of Property between $100 and $750. Bond was set at $2,000 for 32-year-old Eric Andony Villalvir-Mejia who was arrested Monday morning at 3:42 in the 1600 block of South Grand For Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Alcohol Container.
