Potter County Sheriffs arrested 25-year-old Ashley Davis Tuesday at 1:55pm in the 1500 block of South Coulter for Assault of Hospital Personnel on Hospital Property. Potter County Detention Center inmate Raul David Diaz, age 35 was charged Tuesday with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. PCDC inmate Joseph Paul Green, the second was charged Tuesday with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. Deputies arrested 26-year-old Addison Leigh Klinke Tuesday at 6:10am in the 2700 block of I-40-West for Robbery, bond was set at $10,000.
Potter County Deputies arrested Steven Savas Martinez, age 24 Tuesday morning at 4:45 in the 1900 block of South Nelson for Interference with an Emergency Request For Assistance. Potter County Detention Center inmate Billy James Moody, age 24 was charged Tuesday with Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information between 5 and 10 items. Deputies arrested 32-year-old Marcos Rey Vargas Tuesday at 8:03pm in the 2200 block of South Wilson for Violation of a Bond or Protective Order.
