Deputies arrested Htoo Lah Paw, age 35 Tuesday at 11:40am for Criminal Trespass, bond was set at $1,500. Randall County S.O. took 52-year-old Aaron Nikkee Dowd into custody Tuesday at 5:54pm for a Parole Violation.
