Potter County Sheriffs arrested 59-year-old Allen Dwayne Bates Thursday afternoon at 3:12 in the 100 block of Prospect for Theft of a Firearm, two Out-Of-County Charges and a Parole Violation. Potter County Detention Center inmate Trey Vaughn Case, age 21 was charged Thursday with Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member, Terroristic Threat Against a Family Member, Interference with an Emergency Request for Assistance and a JP Charge. PCDC inmate Austin Lee Dykgraff, age 29 was charged Thursday with Theft of a Firearm and A Federal Charge. Potter County Deputies arrested 62-year-old Karen June Garcia Thursday at 2:33pm at Farm-to-Market Road 1912 and Folsom Road for Resisting Arrest.

Sheriffs arrested Carlos Santiago Eduardo Guevara, age 21 Thursday at 6:30pm in the 1200 block of Street for Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon and a City Charge. Deputies arrested 43-year-old Jerome DeShaun Hall Thursday at 6:30pm at Southwest 6th and Tennessee for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. PC-DC inmate Earl Lee Hayman, age 70 was charged Thursday with Assault on a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breathing or Circulation.
Potter County Detention Center inmate 44-year-old Billy Joe Holman was charged Thursday with Evading Arrest. PC-SO arrested 54-year-old Sedric Lamon Joseph Thursday at 3:12pm at Northwest 16th and Hughes for a Parole Violation. PC-DC inmate Desiree D'Lyn Roberts, age 52 was charged Thursday with Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000. Deputies arrested 42-year-old Kimberle Ann Santos Thursday morning at 3:13 in the 900 block of South Buchanan for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Criminal Trespass and a City Charge, bond was set at $4.250.
Potter County Sheriffs arrested 24-year-old Yaliyah A. Tyler Thursday at 12:05am in the 1500 block of Southwest 10th for Evading Arrest and Failure To Identify by Giving False Information, bond was set at $2,000. Deputies arrested Marcus Anthony Ward, age 23 Thursday at 1:30pm in the 900 block of South Polk for two Out-Of-County Charges.
